The Manager of Professional Development plays a key role in our unwavering commitment to the development and future success of our students. This means that, in addition to ensuring that all files are fairly and evenly distributed, and to acting as a sounding board for any questions you might have, the Manager will oversee the lawyer evaluations you’ll receive after each assignment.
PRO BONO OPPORTUNITIES
FMC is committed to providing pro bono legal services to individuals and organizations who cannot afford a lawyer. We offer our students and lawyers a wide range of pro bono opportunities to develop their skills while contributing to our community.
OUR HIREBACK POLICY
Because we view each and every one of our students as prospective associates, and future partners, we strive to hire back as many as we possibly can once they’ve completed their programs. We’re proud to say that, on average, we hire 70% of our articling students as associates.
