ARTICLING WITH US

We will give you the choice of articling from whenever you chose, taking into consideration the office’s needs. Upon completion of Bar School you will be able  take a few months’ break, if you so choose, before officially setting off on your law career. Some students  will take advantage of the opportunity to complete their law studies in Québec or abroad, learn a new language or simply travel.

In addition to keeping you informed about your progress on an informal, ongoing basis, we will conduct two formal internal evaluations while you are articling. These evaluations generally coincide with those required by the Québec Bar.

HOW OUR ROTATION PROGRAM WORKS

We are committed to providing you with a wide range of in-depth training and the opportunity to work in each of our main practice sectors.

Your six-month articling period will be divided into the following three rotations, allowing you to put your academic skills to work in solving practical problems:

• Two months in Litigation and Labour Law
• Two months in Commercial Law
• Two months in the sector of your choice, depending of course on our specific needs
