File No. 070107508): FMC has been engaged by the auditors of CV Technologies (the makers of Cold-FX) to defend that audit firm in a $100 million class action lawsuit brought on behalf of the company’s shareholders. This lawsuit represents one of the first test cases for secondary market disclosure legislation recently implemented in both Alberta and Ontario.
